Central Receiving Services

. Central Receiving handles over 300,000 packages and parcels entering the University of Connecticut Health Center every year. They also provide distribution to all Health Center departments from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily. Perishable items, priority shipments and medical products are delivered first thing in the morning. A "Clean Dock" policy is in effect for Central Receiving.Logistics Policies & Procedures:

Hours of operation are:
Customer Service: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., unless otherwise specified in the Central Distribution Manual.
FedEx Ground is picked up Monday through Friday at 10:00AM.
All other FedEx services and UPS services are picked up Monday through Friday at 3:00 PM.
