Important Information!!

Welcome to Logistics Management's WEB ORDERS.  The new system was activated on-time at 8:00 a.m., August 30th.  We do not anticipate any issues, however should there be any problems, you will be notified via our Web Site at http://opa.UCH.edu/cws.htm or e-mail. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • Your Password is Case Sensitive

  • You Must use Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher or
    Netscape 6.0 or higher as your Internet Browser.

  • When making any changes to your order, always save
    your work by selecting the UPDATE icon.

  • If you are setting up a Recurring or Standing Order for Copy Paper,
    always select the Private Order feature.  Remember, if you share FRS
    accounts with others in your department, and do not want them to have
    access to your Recurring or Standing Orders, mark the order as Private.

Previous Notice:

As most of you know, Logistics Management is in the process of replacing the current Web On-Line Ordering System, with a State-of-the-Art e-Commerce Web interface.  Most items in the new system have been standardized, and new items will be added based on department usage. Just think, One-Stop-Shopping for all your supply needs!!  The new system is very user friendly and boasts several new features:

  • Built in PAR/Inventory system that you can use in your department.  Control your inventories right from your Desk Top!

  • Pre-Itemized Order Templates or "Recurring Orders".

  • Order Status Check, Pricing, and More. 

  • There will also be a Desk Top shipping module added this fall. This feature will allow you to handle all your shipping needs from your computer! 

    This new Web Ordering System was implemented on August 30th, 2002.
