Location Changes

Departmental Moves & Changes

As most of you know, there have been several departmental moves & changes.  This has resulted in much confusion for Health Center departments, outside organizations and the UCH Mailroom.  These changes have in many cases, caused delays in sorting and distribution.  It is highly recommended that when doing business with outside organizations or individuals, that you inform them when these changes occur. Basically what you would do if you changed your home address .  There are many ways you can do this:

  1. E-Mail Individuals/Organizations
  2. Internal Broadcast Message
  3. Change of Address Notice
  4. Up-dates to departmental Web pages - (like this one)
  5. Up-dates to the UCH On-Line Directory

Avoid delays in your mail, communicate any address/mail code changes.  Above all, make sure that everyone uses the Mail Code System.
