State Owned, Leased or Rented vehicle on a continuous basis. There
are specific regulations and criteria for home garaging, so please
carefully read the information on the MM-11A and the state policies for
motor vehicles used for state business.
Questions & Answers about the MM-11B Form:
The MM-11B form is used for
recording all travel, official or private; recording mileage used, gas
used for official state business and non-business (home to office,
special commuting); recording the approved parking of vehicles at a
state facility, etc.
